Looking to Hire a New Executive Director

We are excited to announce that we are kicking off the search for a full-time Executive Director for The Clothesline.  Over the past 7 years, we have grown from serving 300 kids in our first year to serving nearly 1,600 in 2025.  Thanks to your support of time, clothing donations and funding, The Clothesline has become an established component of the social safety net in Arlington.

Our goal is to make sure that this resource remains available to local families for the long term.  As a result, it’s time to introduce a leader that can build on our solid foundation – extending outreach in the community and bringing experienced guidance our essential service.  We will still stay involved with The Clothesline and look forward to continuing to volunteer our time to support the new Executive Director.
